Step 1 – Login to https://my.gridpane.com
Step 2 – Click on your name and then “Your Settings”
Step 3 – Click on Teams and Create a New Team
When creating a team, you can use whatever name you wish.
Step 4 – Edit the New Team by clicking on the Gear Icon
Step 5 – Click on Membership and Send an Invitation
On this screen you can send an invitation to whomever you wish to have access, and select their Role which can be changed later. You won’t be able to modify an Team Member until they setup their account.
Step 6 – Modify Team Members Role and Access
If you need to change a Team Members role and Access, once they’ve confirmed their account you can edit their access level by clicking the gear next to their name.
